<span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;"> 至於飲食方面,油炸、甜食、飲料這些不用講了,都是違禁品。我吃東西時,都是先吃青菜→肉→飯。盡量「乾溼分離」,意思就是不吃湯湯水水的菜餚,不喝湯。還有可以吃蘋果、香蕉、奇異果、番茄、芭樂、櫻桃,這些都是幫助我減肥又可以解饞的零食。</span></div>

說到健康瘦身,一般都會計算身體質量指數(BMI),判斷體重是否合理。不過,現在光看BMI還不夠,還要看你有沒有肥肚肚、水桶腰。近期研究發現,肚子太肥,代表內臟脂肪較多,容易造成血壓、血糖、血脂等指數異常(就是代謝症候群),因而引發慢性病!除了BMI維持在18.5到24之間,建議男生腰圍應小於90公分,女生腰圍小於80公分。</div>

因此,減重應該是要縮小腰圍、減少體脂,而不是減少水分和肌肉,否則只會外表纖細,其實內藏大量脂肪。注意蛋白質的攝取是否足夠,減少高油高鹽的食物,增加走動的時間。只要能夠稍微注意一下,相信這個冬天妳不用擔心明年穿不下今年夏天的褲子的穿不下!</div>

在進入可爾絲健身之前,我是一個不愛運動也不愛吃東西的人,45歲時不僅肩頸僵硬、一身痠痛,含帶全身浮腫、壞的膽固醇飆高、體重直線上升、體脂肪亮紅燈、晚上睡不好、白天坐著就睡著、晚上看著電視也睡覺……,真是老到不行。於是在女兒的鼓勵下,我隨她一起加入可爾絲健身。<br />
<br />
因為我一直是在家工作的職業婦女,時常待在家裡隨時等候客戶召喚,不然就是去和客戶談工作,堪稱是宅女,加入可爾絲讓我有了抒發壓力的地方。教練各個熱情有活力,把每位會員當成家人一樣關照,隨時注意會員的運動姿勢到不到位、是否充分熱身再提高強度、有沒有用對方式出力以避免運動傷害,並時常提醒運動前要補充一點熱量、適時補充水分……,種種的貼心關懷,讓我好喜歡這樣的健身房,到可爾絲運動已成為每日行程,沒時間去就會覺得全身不對勁,而且會感到沮喪。<br />

加入可爾絲至今已經一年多,之前的不適現象都消失了,感覺身體年齡回到30歲,最喜歡在洗完澡看著鏡子裡的自己──皮膚發亮、小腹變小、沒有蝴蝶袖,親朋好友們看到我都驚嘆地說:「妳縮小三分之一了!」沒想到胖了20多年,我還能變回年輕時的體態,據老公的說法是比年輕時更瘦,真是開心。<br />

我是一位美髮師,生了2個女兒以後身體健康離我越來越遠,我試過很多種減重方式,從吃代餐,節食、穿塑身衣都沒有明顯效果,只有吃代餐減了5公斤,但是不吃之後反而胖了10公斤,反而越減越胖,後來去跑步跑了一年也沒瘦,每天都跟減重在拔河,我的腰每天都很酸,所以每天心情都不好。<br />

數年前「想要運動」的念頭,一直在我腦海中盤旋,但總被我用各種理由排到後頭,例如:「等我幫某項目標完成,我再去做….」「等我怎樣怎樣,我再去做…」。身材也因為長時間未運動而開始往橫向發展,體力也漸漸走下坡,這時我才驚覺應該要好好重視健康了!<br />
<br />
但是想歸想,卻苦惱沒有一個可以讓我好好運動的地方。直到一年前在同事的相約下,進入Cueves女性健身房,短短30分鐘的運動時間,讓總以工作為優先的我,著實心動許多,外加健身房離公司很近,所以我毅然決然的加入,為了我的健康生活做努力。<br />
<br />
Curves的教練,每一個人都很有活力且態度都很親切,她們會適時調整妳在器材上的姿勢,更鼓勵妳往目標前進。我記得我剛來時,每項器材我僅做幾下就氣喘吁吁,甚至偷偷觀察其他人,為什麼他們可以做這麼多下。後來經由每月量身及教練的解說下,我才知道自己的體脂肪很高,肌肉量偏低。<br />
<br />
教練告訴我,要增加肌肉量就要多食用蛋、肉及豆類產品,但偏偏我又很少吃肉,所以開始提醒自己要多吃豆腐或喝豆漿。<br />
<br />
另外,因為我常在工作忙碌之餘,忘記要喝水,再經由教練的鼓勵下,學習記錄飲水的量,讓自己維持好的身體。最重要的是,養成一個禮拜運動3次的好習慣。<br />
<br />
<br />
經過快1年的努力,我曾因為體脂肪只降一點而灰心,甚至有點想要放棄。但是內心有一股聲音告訴我,「維持就是進步」,運動不是速成而是持之以恆。而且,我發現定期的運動之後,我的精神及體力也愈來愈好。<br />
<br />

而成功瘦身的方法,就是大家都知道的”少吃多動”,真的就沒有別的,當然少吃不是真的少吃到哪,因為人體要正常運作,要健康美麗的瘦,一定要攝取基本的熱量,所以我一定會吃到基礎代謝的熱量。<br />
<br />
我的吃是:不吃零食、不喝有糖飲料,三餐正常吃,三餐外,我真的完全不碰任何食物。雖然我很堅持,但一個月中,當然也會有吃大餐的時候。而且真的是很”放鬆”的吃,所以每次放鬆後,我都會固定胖個幾公斤,但之後我會加倍努力,一個禮拜來可爾絲五次,於是很快的就瘦回來了。<br />

從小到大與「胖」這個字就跟我脫不了關係,所以「小時候胖不是胖」這句話對我來說完全不是這麼一回事。胖胖的身體就默默的躲藏在我寬鬆的衣服裡,隨著日子流逝一天天的長大,陪我渡過了每個成長時期。<br />
<br />
上大學時我喜歡上一個男孩子,「我要改變自己」的念頭突然冒了出來,開始了我第一次的減重計畫,不健康、極端的減重方法讓我短時間瘦了,但身體卻出現了警訊,結果去照了令人害怕的胃鏡,從此我就和「胃痛」持續了長期的抗戰,而這次的減重計畫也隨著戀情結束無疾而終。後來我遇到了生命中對的人,交往了6年後決定給彼此一個相守的承諾。但是問題來了,如此胖胖的我拍婚紗會好看嗎?「我不要當個胖胖的新娘,我要拍美美的婚紗!」我是這麼告訴自己的。<br />
<br />
於是有一天偶然在信箱裡發現了一張DM,是一張紫色的廣告傳單,是關於女性專用健身中心的傳單。即便是對自己超沒自信的我,如果到一個都是女生的地方運動應該就不會感到害羞了吧!我抱持了這樣的想法到Curves網站悄悄地報了名,但滿懷期待的心情讓我一刻都無法等待,查了地址後就朝著「目標」出發前往了。<br />

我很高興瘦了大約有9~10公斤。進入CURVES也快兩年了,要加入之前,是我寶貝女兒她先加入,女兒在CURVES台北復興店運動介紹我入會,他的運動習慣也讓他的肥肉變成很緊實的肌肉,看到他的變化之後,我也心動了!!<br />
